| NCL set up Shunde office in Foshan |

There is growing trend of factories moving out of Shenzhen / Guangzhou etc center cities, in order for us to keep closer with our clients, our sales team need to stay in places near clients, so we are taking Shenzhen head office as 3 Centers Functions in Pricing, Operation, and Fianance, but, Sales force down-stream to hinterlands.
NCL already has 3 service centers in Guangdong Province, Shenzhen / Guangzhou / Yunfu, further to meet client's requirements, we have newly set up Shunde office in Oct 2010, and have 10-person budget for the new office.
Shunde, part of Foshan City, is globally famous for FURNITURE, BUILDING MATERIALS AND ELEC-APPLIANCES.
