During earlier Nov 2009, Managing Director and Sales Director of NCL visited partial clients and agents of 4 cities, East Coast of USA.
we listened to clients' further service requirements, and introduced NCL's continuous strength and Customer-Oriented Continuous Improvements in Sino-US services.
We emphasized NCL's strategies of win-win working with strategic agents only, not setup own branch in US.
In order to save valuable time of clients and agents, we omitted visiting those we already visited in 2008. |
